A delegation consisting of 40 physical education teachers and coaching students from Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania arrived at the Hungarian University of Sports Science (TF) for a one-week study trip.

Two researchers from the Department of Kinesiology and four students from the Hungarian University of Sports Science (TF) participated in the programme organised by the School of Movement Sciences at the Humboldt University of Berlin.

In fourteen sports, a total of twenty-three former or current students of the Hungarian University of Sports Science (TF) will represent Hungary at the upcoming Paris Olympics.

Polish students from the Department of Recreation and Tourism of the Katowice Sports University (AWF) visited the Hungarian University of Sports Science (TF) recently.

In a significant step towards fostering international cooperation and academic collaboration, a delegation from Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah, USA have recently visited the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS). The visit aimed to continue research with HUSS Department of Health Sciences and Sport Medicine and lay the groundwork for future partnership between the two prestigious institutions.

Representatives from the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) have visited the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Comenius University, Bratislava (CU) in neighbouring Slovakia. The primary goal was to foster collaboration and exchange ideas in the field of sports education and research.

Four members of the Sports Authority of India (SAI) visited the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) on 25 August to discuss the possibilities of future cooperation between the two institutions.

A delegation consisting of four Hungarian University of Sports Sciences (HUSS) members visited France capital, Paris on 7-9 December, where they held talks with the ILEPS University of Sports Sciences and other local organisations on a range of cooperation activities.

On Wednesday 5 October 2022, the dissemination event for the ENGSO training participants was held, where the HUSS delegates shared their experiences on the Tokyo-based workshop, and presented what they had learnt.

On October 17, 2022, our university welcomed Dr Kantaro Matsui, the Rector of International Budo University (IBU). Dr Matsui was accompanied by Abe Testushi, guest lecturer at Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) and former HUSS student Yuto Tonoyama.

On October 12, 2022, the Hungarian University of Sports Science’s (HUSS) Rector Professor Dr Tamás Sterbenz, International Relations Director Dr habil Judit Kádár and Rector’s Advisor Kálmán Figler visited Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (UMB).

On the 26th and 27th of September, 2022 a delegation from the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) lead by Rector Prof Dr Tamás Sterbenz visited Thailand. The rector was accompanied by Vice-Rector for General Affairs Dr Csaba Ökrös and Presidenttial Advisor and Research Leader Dr Péter Szikra. The delegation was received by Dr Sándor Sipos, Hungarian Ambassador to Thailand.

The delegation of the Uzbek Institute of Physical Education and Sport Culture visited the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) on 11 August. The delegation included the advisor of the Uzbek Minister of Sport, Avazjon Kudratillaevich Karimov, the Rector of the Uzbek Institute of Physical Education and Sport Culture, Ilhomjon Ahmedovich Tursunaliev, and project manager Valijon Khoshimov.

In line with the MoU signed in 2019 by IJF President and the Rector of the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS), David Kevkhishvili, Vice-president of the Georgian Judo Federation, Dr. Lasha Aladoshvili, medical doctor of the Georgian Judo Federation, and Envic Galea, Chair of IJF Academy, Dr. Tibor Kozsla, Head of Institution of IJF Academy, and Dr. Péter Hidas, member of the medical commission of European Judo Union and IJF Academy have visited our University on July 7, 2022.

On 22 June, the Hungarian University of Sports Science hosted some leaders of the Indonesian National Olympic Committee: Vice Secretary-General, Daniel Loy, Jovinus Carolus Legawa, Head of Sport Development and Lilla Horváth, Director of international relations.
