Mu I-Jung, a third-year Sports Coaching student at Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS), received Stipendium Hungaricum Excellence Award given by Tempus Public Foundation.

The Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS), celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, received an International Fair Play Award at the organization's award ceremony held in Budapest on Monday.

The American Physiological Society awarded the 2025 Carl J. Wiggers Prize to Professor Ákos Koller, Chairman of the Scientific Council at the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS). He received the award at the end of April in Baltimore.

The European Olympic Committee (EOC) awarded the Hungarian University of Sports Science (TF) with the EOC Olympic Laurel Award. TF is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. The university, founded in 1925 under the name of College of Physical Education (TF), received the prestigious recognition at the EOC General Assembly held in Frankfurt on Saturday, 1st March. The university's Rector Professor Tamás Sterbenz, accepted the award from the organization's Greek president, Spyros Capralos.

A publication award of GeroScience, a renowned American academic journal on ageing, was given to Professor Zsolt Radák, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation.

Ákos Koller, Professor Emeritus of the Hungarian University of Sports Science, has received the Eugene M. Landis Research Award in Rhode Island, USA.

Dr. Ákos Koller, professor oat the Hungarian University of Sports Sciences has received an important recognition. This year he was awarded the Eugene M. Landis Research Award given by the American Microcirculatory Society.

Two of the graduating BA coaching students attending the Hungarian University of Sports Science, namely Bence Svasznek and Milán Horváth, received end-of-season awards by the Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation (MJSZ) at the delegate meeting held recently.
