You are cordially invited to the 4th Sports and Innovation bilingual conference on innovation and sports, organized by the University of Physical Education of Budapest and the National Handball Academy of Balatonboglar. Our aim is to foster dialogue on recent findings and innovative ideas, methods as well as to stimulate further processes of turning ideas to success.
Currently (as of March 3, 2021), the WHO has registered 114.5 million infections and nearly 2.54 million deaths associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19) worldwide. The number of Hungarian fatalities of the epidemic is over 15,000. At the current and expected rate of active immunization, even without mutants that may escape the vaccine induced adaptive immune response, to immunize 60% of pandemic populations will take several months.
We are happy to inform you about new dates regarding 9th International Scientific Conference on Kinesiology. Conference is going to be held from 15th till 19th of September 2021 in hotel Ambasador, Opatija, Croatia. We believe that the situation regarding the Coronavirus pandemic will be fully under control by the end of this year and that we will be able to have usual conference program. Tentative sections, workshops and conference program stays the same as announced for 2020.
The University of Physical Education and the University of Bern have organized an English language webinar that consisted of three series and focused on sport motivation. The three events of the series explored three different thematic groups focusing on motivation and sports: 1. youth 2. adults 3. professional athletes.
The University of Physical Education (TE) and the National Academy of Handball (NEKA) have decided to organise the 4th Sports and Innovation International Conference at a later date. Webinar series offered in collaboration of the University of Physical Education, Budapest and Bern University. This is a special series of 3 webinars on motivation in sports and physical activity. The first webinar facilitated in collaboration of the University of Physical Education and the University of Bern will be held online on 14 January, 2021.
The first online international seminar of the Sport for Sustainable Development project was delivered with success! On the 21th of November, ENGSO Youth hosted the first online international seminar of the Sport for Sustainable Development project co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. The seminar featured the introduction of the project, the Sport for Sustainable Development website and the ScoreAll17 manual.
