Life’s special issue focusing on athletes and nutrition is published

A special Issue of the open-access journal Life focusing on athletes and nutrition is now available.

A special issue of Life (ISSN 2075-1729) focussing on nutritional supplements and cardiovascular function in athletes and sedentary people has been published, guest edited by Professor Ines Drenjančević, Scientific Center of Excellence for Personalized Health Care, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Department of Physiology and Immunology, Faculty of Medicine Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek.

The issue contains six scientific studies, three research and three review articles:

Life is an international, peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes scientific studies related to fundamental themes in life sciences with an impact factor 3.4. Some papers are published individually, while others are submitted for inclusion in special issues with guest editors. You are invited to contribute a research article, essay, or a review to be considered for publication.
