Kosice university representative pays visit to HUSS

Dr Klaudia Zuskova, Associate Professor at the Pavol Jozef Safarik University based in Kosice visited the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) as part of the Erasmus+ KA131 programme.

The guest lecturer was received by Dr Noémi Gyömbér from the Department of Psychology and Sport Psychology. They discussed the framework for future professional cooperation, joint research, publications and curriculum development.

The Slovakian university is organising an international conference due in April 2024. Dr Zuskova invited HUSS experts to participate and hold a workshop at the event. On behalf of the Directorate of International Relations, Director Dr Judit Kádár and Partnerships Coordinator Györgyi Koppa met the guest and discussed the possibility of strengthening the links between Slovakia and the other V4 countries. Dr Zuskova was also shown around the HUSS campus.

Last but not least, with the participation of Dr Gyöngyvér Lacza, who is an Associate Professor of the Department of Recreation, the university representatives discussed the training courses of the two institutions and possible cooperation in the field of recreation.
