Japan's new Ambassador to Hungary visits TF

The Hungarian University of Sports Science (TF) recently hosted Ono Hikariko, Japan's new Ambassador to Hungary, Ozaki Takeshi, First Secretary, Head of the Cultural and Press Department of the Embassy of Japan in Hungary, and Győri Sachiko, Cultural and Press Assistant.

The delegation was received by TF's rector Professor Tamás Sterbenz, who held informal discussions with the guests.

Later Dr habil. Judit Kádár, International Director of the university, and Györgyi Koppa coordinator gave a short presentation on the university and its programs. Dr Endre Németh, Head of the Department of Combat Sports, and László Csákvári, teacher at the Department of Combat Sports, presented the department's relations and research.

At the end of the meeting, Ambassador Ono and her colleagues had a brief discussion with exchange student Hinoki Hori, a Japanese student studying at TF's English language coaching programme.
