Online application for the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Programme opens

Tempus Public Foundation responsible for managing the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Programme has announced the call for applications for the academic year 2022/2023.

The foundation is pleased to announce that the online application system for the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Programme opened to applicants on November 10th, 2021.

The mission of the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Programme is to strengthen the relations between Hungary and the Hungarian diaspora communities by providing access to study programmes in higher education institutions in Hungary for people living in Hungarian diaspora.

The main goal of the program is to support those who want to return to their Hungarian roots and become professionals in areas that also contribute to the well-being of diaspora communities.

The application can be submitted in both Hungarian and English. The deadline for submitting the full application is 31st January, 2022 (23:59 CET).

On 5th January, 2022, the foundation will organize an online information session about the scholarship programme, which students, their families and teachers are welcome to attend. The event will be held in English and via the Zoom interface. The entry link is available after registration on the Tempus Public Foundation website. We will send you the login details when you confirm your registration.
