The project was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme and it run from November 2011 for 29 months.

The main goal of the project was to bridge the stakeholders of education and the job market in the sport sector. For this purpose the consortia designed the Lifelong Learning Strategy for the Sport and Active Leisure sector, the so called "7 Step Model".
