As of 1 January 2014, the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS) of the Council Europe implements the EU funded initiative "Pro Safe Sport for Young Athletes (PSS)" with its 14 partners - including our Faculty - from all over Europe. PSS aims at furthering the physical and mental well-being of emerging athletes, as they pursue their sporting career. An educational toolkit targeted to sport organisations and other relevant stakeholders shall "teach" how the physical and mental integrity of young athletes can be best protected and promoted.
"Pro Safe Sport for Young Athletes" is excited to announce the launch of its new website with basic information on the European large-scale project promoting the mental and physical well-being of young athletes. The website can be here: www.pjp-eu.coe.int/web/pss
Currently, the website only offers basic information but will be continuously updated and improved over the project life cycle which ends in June 2015. PSS invites you to visit its website regularly and to keep informed of the project and its products. PSS looks forward to receiving your comments. You can also follow us on twitter @ProSafeSport.
