Associate professor at the Hungarian University of Sports Science (TF), Dr János Tóth Jr collected great experience in Sicily in an international football camp.
Dr János Tóth Jr, associate professor of the Department of Sports Games at the Hungarian University of Sports Science (TF) was invited to an international football camp, this time in Italy. At the beginning of July, the First International Football Camp was organised by Espyisport in Catania, Italy. Experts from renowned clubs were invited to give the sessions, and TF’s instructor was also present alongside youth coaches from PSV Eindhoven and NEC Nijmegen.
"It's a great experience and an honour to be invited to join such a team. The history, past, present and culture of Italian football has given me a lot of interesting facts. I have gained even more international experience on and off the pitch, because as the locals say, Sicily is like no other. And it's true! Both the Italian and Dutch colleagues were very open and we had excellent professional consultations. After the training sessions, I was delighted to receive a lot of interest from external professionals, coaches, scouts and professional managers who watched us at the pitch and after the sessions we had a good chat about various topics", recalled János Tóth.
