From 4 to 7 July, the French capital Paris hosted the 28th international congress of the European College of Sport Science (ECSS), where HUSS researchers were also present.
Kinga Shenker-Horváth, leading dietitian at the Centre for Sports Nutrition at the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) was included in the scientific programme together with her co-author at one of the world's most important sports science events. She was able to present her research group's findings on the sports dietary aspects of cannabinoids on an ePoster.
Another highlight of the colourful programme was the presentation by Dr Margita Szilágyi-Utczás, Director of the Centre for Sports Nutrition, focusing on the WADA monitoring programme on dietary supplements containing compounds.
The prestigious event was attended by more than 3,000 sports professionals from around the world and featured 2,300 presentations.
