Application Fee
The Application Fee of EUR 150 must be paid after submitting your application.
Evaluating your application
- You will receive an email to confirm that your application materials and application fee have been received.
- Our admission team will evaluate your application. If your application is incomplete, you will be asked to provide missing documents.
- You will receive a decision about your application status, and if you meet the admission criteria, you will be invited to the admission interview.

A the 8-10 week long hybrid Short Term Sports Coaching Program, tailored to your needs.
Program Minimum: 30 participants.
Duration of Program: Eight to ten weeks. Dates as agreed, depending on the travel dates.
Certificate:. HUSS will issue a Certificate of Completion certifying the hours and topics.
Structure of Program: Hybrid – Basic structure is 3 weeks online and 2 weeks in-person theoretical education and at partner and 3 weeks practice at HUSS Campus. Modification is feasible in this regard, depending on overall length of the course and partner needs.
Prerequisites of Participation: Applicants must be experienced coaches in the selected sports disciplines. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language, effectively commanding it throughout the program.
Core Theoretical Subjects Offered by HUSS: Based on prior feedback received by international federations, such as World Aquatics, International Canoe Federation and International Fencing Federation collaborating with HUSS, five to ten theoretical subjects can be elaborated on during the agreed timeframe effectively. HUSS offers a wide range of selection with world-class professors lecturing the subjects below, from which the subjects are to be selected according to the needs of the partner. The fundamental framework comprises five theoretical subjects, with each subject consisting of six 90-minute-long classes.
